Parents of 7th/11th graders, students were given a form at school in regards to this:
Upcoming: Vaccine Clinic at Sweet Springs R-7 on March 27, 2025
If your child is in need of necessary vaccines required for school, the Saline County Health Department is partnering with Sweet Springs R-7 to help students access needed vaccinations for the upcoming 2025-26 school year. They will be here to administer vaccines needed for students going into kindergarten, 8th grade and 12th grade on 3/27/2025.
State law and health regulations require students to be properly immunized and provide verification to attend school, unless they have an appropriate exemption card on file.
If you would like to take part in this service, please access the form via the QR code below. If your child is uninsured, there are resources available.
Please have the form completed no later than Friday, February 28th in order for vaccinations to be ordered for clinic date.
If you have any questions or need assistance filling out the form, please contact Nurse Taryn at 660-335-6348 or email at tlee@sweetsprings.k12.mo.us.
