
It's District Championship Game Day, Greyhound Nation! Kickoff for tonight's game between the Greyhounds & the Saints is 7 p.m. Because this is the District Championship title game, passes cannot be accepted and fans will have to pay to watch the broadcast via livestream. Livestream access link can be found below. (Cost for livestream is $10.) Game will also be on KMMO radio.
*Tonight's admission is $6 for ages 6 and up. 5 and under are free. Senior Citizens will also be free for tonight's game. Again, no passes accepted.
*As a reminder, we encourage students to attend games to watch and show their support. However, students will not be allowed to run around on district property. Students found running around will be asked to sit with their parents/guardians. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our athletic events a safe and positive environment for all attending.

The annual dental varnish and dental screenings is scheduled for November 28th. If you would like for your students to receive this service, please complete and return the permission form sent home with your child. If you need another form, please contact the school nurse.


Grandparent's Day will be Tuesday, November 21st at 2pm! We look forward to celebrating grandparents or a special friend on this day. Join us for a program, refreshments, and classroom activities with your child!

Congratulations to Sweet Springs R-7's High School English Teacher, Leah Rhea, for being recognized at the Regional Teacher of the Year Celebration at the University of Central Missouri today. Leah was one of thirteen teachers to receive this honor in the Central Region of Missouri School Districts.



Kindergarten – 12th Grade Open Enrollment Dates
for the 2023-2024 School Year
Registration for all new and returning students enrolling in Sweet Springs R-VII School District will take place Wednesday, August 9th, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and Thursday, August 10th – 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. in both the elementary and high school offices.
*Parents/guardians should bring their child's birth certificate & immunization records (if not already on file). A proof of residency is required for all new and returning students.

⚠️Attention Families⚠️ There is a boil advisory for citizens who reside north of Main Street due to a water break that occurred earlier today. The school will have bottled water available for staff and students attending summer school. Students are also welcome to bring bottled water from home. In addition, any athletes who will be at the school tomorrow for weights or practice/camp are also encouraged to bring bottled water from home.
