8th grade students in Mrs. Steinkuhler’s English class just finished reading The Outsiders. This activity consisted of them sorting evidence to decide whether Johnny Cade was guilty or innocent. Students then argued their case and had the jury(their classmates) decide the case. Students in Mrs. Steinkuhler’s 9th grade English class did “The Most Dangerous Game” challenge after reading the short story. Students had to work together and communicate to be successful.
